Use this time to dive deeper with me into our way of Isolating-Integrating and Energizing Nia choregraphies. Now when we are spending time in isolation we can focus and sense how that allows us to both slow down and speed up the process of both learning and embodying material.
I am taking you back to my very beginning of learning how to choreograph body-centered choreography. What to sense and what to look for when patterns start to weave and make both mystical & logical connections that enhances the experience of Integration.
Once we are BEYOND this time period we will be asked to integrate ourselves in society again, it will be different. Let´s prepare ourselves by re-learning, re-setting and re-vitalizing our practise.
